It could be post partum depression. The hair thing is not unusual especially after having kids. Talk to your doctor about your symptoms and see if he/she can put you on birth control than can help control those symptoms and/or depression meds.
Extreme PMS sucks, especially when it is affecting your whole life. You may have PMDD or another hormonal imbalance. Birth control pills like YAZ or an SSRI like Zoloft might help. I would definitely pay a visit to the doctor…you shouldn’t have to live in misery for two weeks every month.

Your hormones are off. Go see your ob/gyn and ask them to test. My guess is that you’re low on estrogen & testosterone and have too much progestin.
